Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

    1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
    1 small onion
    3 Cloves Garlic, diced
    1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    2 cups beef stock
    1 pound frozen mixed vegetables
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup red wine

Directions

In a large pot, over medium heat, saute the ground beef, garlic and onion until browned. Drain off excess fat. Add rest of ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
