Ingredients

    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/2 cup amaranth
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1/2 cup barley
    4 cups water

Directions

rinse rice, quinoa, and barley, place in electir pressure cooker with 4 cups of water and 1/2 cup amamranth. set pressure on high for 8 min. quick release when done serve with almond milk, agave necture, and cinimon oil.
