Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    6 tbs I can't believe its not butter
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup + 1 tbs quinoa flour
    1/2 cup + 1 tbs almond flour
    1/2 cup fine chopped pecans
    3/4 cup raspberry jam
    1/8tsp almond extract
    1/8tsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, oil an 8"pan
cream butter, splenda, add vanilla and eggs, mix. Add flour except the 1 tbs of each. Mix. Reserve 1/3 cup.
Press into 8" oiled pan. Bake 350 degrees 12-15minutes.
Heat jam in microwave, add almond extract, spoon onto baked crust. Add the 1 tbs of quinoa and almond flour to the 1/3 cup reserved mix, mix. Sprinkle crumbs over jam, bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
