Frozen Broccoli (enough to cover the bottom of a casserole dish)
Roasted Chicken Breasts (2-3 cups cubed)
Cream of Broccoli Soup (1 can)
1/3 cup of 2% Milk
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 T butter
1 cup dried bread crumbs
Cook the broccoli in the microwave for 4 minutes, with 1 T of water. Remove, place chicken over the broccoli. Mix soup and milk, spread over the broccoli and chicken evenly. Spread cheese over all. Melt the butter and mix with bread crumbs. Spread over the cheese. Cook for 15 minutes or until cheese and soup are bubbly.
