Thai-Inspired Peanut Sauce

Introduction

Tangy peanut sauce excellent over stirfrys or tofu with rice Tangy peanut sauce excellent over stirfrys or tofu with rice
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 inch ginger, minced
    1.5 cups natural peanut butter
    3/4 cup lemon juice
    5 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp cayenne (or to taste)
    2 cups Vegetable Broth

Directions

Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Heat on low for 10 minutes, stirring often. Be very careful not to burn. Once sauce is thickened nicely, serve hot!
