Introduction

When mixed, you can't taste the veggie.....great if you have picky kids or if you yourself are a picky eater. When mixed, you can't taste the veggie.....great if you have picky kids or if you yourself are a picky eater.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup

    * Land O' Lakes heavy whipping cream, 4 tbsp

    * da vinci sugar free hazelnut syrup, 6 tbsp

    * Iced cubes, 1 cup

    * coconut milk (whole fat, should be about 2 carbs/serving)- 3/4 cup

    * Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp

    * 100% whey protein plus powder: Muscletech, 1 serving

    * Kroger brand Fiber Powder, 8 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the ice together in a blender. ****note, I always add some fruit as well but it just depends on what I have in the fridge. So add your choice of low carb fruit but remember add this to your tracker separately.****

Once well blended scrap down the sides of the blender, add ice and blend again on the ice breaker level.

Pour into two cups and enjoy. :-)
