Arugula Pear Salad w/Red Wine-Walnut Dressing

Ingredients

Arugula, 2 cup
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
Dressing
Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
*Walnut Oil, 3 tbsp
*Heinz Red Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp/Serv), 3 tbsp
Pears, fresh, 2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb)
Honey, .5 tbsp
*Blue Cheese - Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, 3 oz
Tips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375.
Halve and core the Pears, then brush them lightly with Honey.
Bake them for 20 minutes.
Dice the shallot and transfer to a big bowl.
Add the Walnut oil and Red Wine Vinegar to the bowl and mix until blended well.
Wash and chop the Arugula and Lettuce.
Toss the leaves into the bowl and mix to coat.
When the pears are done baking, chop them and toss them into the bowl, along with the blue cheese, and mix it all together.
Serve.
