Saucy Pork Chops

Introduction

This recipe is very easy and tasty. It is one of our favorite pork chop recipes. This recipe is very easy and tasty. It is one of our favorite pork chop recipes.

Ingredients

    6 Pork Chops
    1 Med Onion, sliced
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 oz)
    .5 Cup Ketchup
    4 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
    Salt To taste
    Pepper To taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned; salt and pepper to taste.

Lay pork chops in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Lay sliced onion on top of pork chops.

Mix cream soup, ketchup and Worchestershire Sauce in a medium bowl; pour over pork chops and onions.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
