Cocoa and Chocolate Chip Bars

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    *almond meal (almond flour) - 2 cup,
    *Coconut flour, .25 cup(remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 cup(remove)
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 2 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp(remove)
    *Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 3
    Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup(remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(remove)

Directions

Beat eggs, sugars, vanilla and softened butter in bowl. Mix together dry ingredients and then add to butter/sugar mix.

Press into rectangular baking dish at least 12x9. (spray it with Pam first).

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes depending upon pan size.

Serving Size: makes 24 bars
