Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb lean beef for stewing (cut into bite-sized pieces)
    1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 cup low sodium beef broth
    1 med chopped onion
    1 Tbsp minced Garlic
    1 Tsp Garam Masala spice
    1 Tbsp ground Ginger
    1 cup prepared Farro (I use Archer Farms)
    Freshly ground pepper to taste
    Salt to taste
    Optional: add in whatever other veggies you like!

Directions

Place all ingredients into slow cooker, allow to cook for 2-3 hours on high heat, or 5 to 6 hours on low heat.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
