Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz lean ground beef
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 can corn
    1 can black beasn
    1 cup salsa
    2.5 cups of water
    8 oz whole wheat penne rigate
    4 oz FF cream cheese
    4 oz Pepper jack cheese

Directions

Brown Meat. Drain. Add taco seasoning, corn, beans, salsa, pasta, and water. Simmer about 15 minutes unitl pasta is cooked, Add cheeses and stir unitl melted.

Serving Size = 1 cup
Makes 8 servings
