Harvest Stuffed Acorn squash

Introduction

This is great for Thanksgiving or anytime. You decide if it is a side dish or dessert! This is great for Thanksgiving or anytime. You decide if it is a side dish or dessert!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 acorn squash, split
    1/4 c sugar-free pancake syrup
    2T chopped walnuts
    2T craisins (may substitute raisins)

Tips

Sprinkle with cinnamon for a nice presentation.


Directions

Split squash and remove seeds. Place on Pam sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn right side up and put 2T syrup, 1T walnuts and 1T craisins in each. Bake for 15-30 minutes more or until tender.
