Ingredients

2 cans (28 oz) Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce
    1 can (16 oz) Bush's Cannellini Beans
1 can (16 oz) Bush's Light Red Kidney Beans
1 can (16 oz) Bush's Reduced Sodium Dark Red Kidney Beans
    2 medium red bell peppers
    2 medium green bell peppers
1 (2.5" dia) medium yellow onion
    2 lbs chicken, cubed
    1.5 T. chicken bouillon, granules
    4-5 T. chili powder
    4 c. water
    1 T. cumin
    1 t. thyme
    1 t. basil
    1 t. parsley
    1 t. oregano

Tips

Make sure you have plenty of time to cook, and to not leave unattended. Requires 2.5 hours of cooking and stirring.

Directions

Have a fairly large pot ready for all fresh ingredients. Chop all vegetables, add the sauce, and beans after you have drained and rinsed 2 cans. Add one can with juices. Start heating the pot while cutting up the chicken. Add all the spices, and get the pot boiling for 2.5 hours. Stir and let the chili back down to a thickness in the liquids. The chili will boil down so only half your pot is full which is good. Add more chili powder to taste.

Enjoy!
