Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    olive oil T
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, grated
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    *Green Beans French style, 1.5 cup
    Diced Tomatoes
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    seasoning salt T
    white pepper t
    black pepper t
    cumin t
    nutmeg t
    paprika t
    2-3 C water
    Corn Starch, 2 T

Tips

For a little more flavor kick add more of the spices or seasoning salt or use some stock instead of water.


Directions

sweat the onions and garlic in the olive oil. brown the meat. Mix in the the seasonings and add the veggies, I add the green beans last so they stay green. add the water and let simmer for a few minutes, bring to a boil and thicken with corn starch.
