Ingredients

    *Atkins Low Carb Bake Mix, .66 cup
    Half and Half Cream, .66 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    *Splenda, 2 tsp

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients. Add in wet and mix throughly. Let stand for about 5 minutes. In a heated, greased skillet, use a 1/4 cup measure to make 5 pancakes.
