2 Tablespoons Butter
3 Large Apples
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 Large Eggs
1/2 cup Flour
1 T sour cream or yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Saute first five ingredients until apples are slightly soft and transfer to prepared pie pan.
Mix remaining 5 ingredients and pour over apples.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until pancake is set and light golden in color.
Optional - garnish with powdered sugar.
