Nancy's Turkey Chili

Introduction

Great for a low fat, filling alternative when watching the big game! Great for a low fat, filling alternative when watching the big game!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 packet low sodium chili seasoning
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can corn
    1 14.5 oz can black beans
    1 14.5 oz can pinto beans
    2 Tablespoons tomato paste
    1 Cups water

Tips

Leftovers can be used the next morning cooked with egg whites for a low fat huevos rancheros, put on top of baked tortilla chips with low fat cheese for nachos that won't tip the scale, or frozen in bags or containers .
