Quinoa Mac n' Cheese

Introduction

Healthy macaroni and cheese alternative! Healthy macaroni and cheese alternative!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup quinoa
    1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 oz velveeta
    1/3 cup milk
    salt to taste
    2 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

Boil Quinoa for about 20-25 minutes depending on how cooked you like it, personally I like it until its noodle-like soft. Then melt the rest of the ingredients together, (except the parmesan!) in the microwave. Mix cooked quinoa and sauce together. Put in pan. Top with parmesan and bake for 10 minutes! Enjoy :)
