Introduction

Slow cooker chicken, green beans, tomatoes, garlic and white beans in Worcestershire sauce - Served with baked mashed potatoes with garlic, olive oil mayo and a bit o' Ranch dressing. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Beans, white, 1 cup (remove)
    *Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 15 tsp (remove)
    Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing. 2 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 fl oz (remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 dash (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Drain and add green beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Season with a bit o' onion powder, black pepper and dried oregano flakes.
Add tomatoes.
Cover and set to High 4 hours.

Potatoes:
Boil water in a pot.
Wash/scrub and cut potatoes into approximately 1" cubes.
Salt water and add potatoes.
Cover and cook on a low setting until potatoes are soft.
Drain potatoes.
In a food processor:
Add potatoes.
Add Garlic.
Add mayo.
Add Ranch dressing.
Add milk.
Blend into a creamy mixture.
Spray a glass pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour potatoes into pan.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
Place in middle rack and bake for about 2 hours or so.

To serve, cut chicken into chunks.
