Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz

    *Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour about 1/2 cup

    *Flax seed meal, 1/2 cup

    *Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp

    *Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1 tsp

    *Garlic powder, 1 tsp

    *Egg, fresh, 1 extra large

Directions

1. dry chicken, dip in egg, and then dunk in flour.

2. Fry till cooked through at about Medium heat.
