Greek style couscous

Ingredients

    1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 carton fresh spinach
    1/4 cup Feta cheese
    1 cup water
    1.5 cups Couscous
    1.5 Tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning

Directions

In 2 qt pot or pan, over medium heat, warm tomatoes and add fresh spinach-cover pan to steam. When spinach is wilted, add water and stir in couscous. Season with Cavender's.

Serving Size: Makes 6, 1/2 cup servings
