Lebanese Soup

Ingredients

    2 onions chopped
    4 cloves garlic minced
    6 cups bouillon
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    pinch or more cayenne
    3 carrots sliced
    2 potatoes diced
    2 tomatoes chopped
    2 packages frozen artichoke hearts or 1 can
    1 can chick peas, undrained
    lemon wedges




Directions

Bring onions, garlic to a boil in 1/2 of bouillon and simmer for 10 min
Add spices, carrots, potatoes and bring to a boil and simmer for 20 min
Add tomatoes, artichokes, chick peas and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with Lemon wedges
Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings
