Bolognese (Antje's) 1/2 cup

Introduction

Bolognese sauce Bolognese sauce
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. 100% grass-fed, organic ground beef 93% lean
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2-3 carrots, chopped
    2-3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion
    1-2 cloves garlic
    1.5 beef bouillon cube (to taste)
    Olive oil

Directions

Heat oil, cook garlic, onion, celery, carrot until soft.
Add beef and cook until cooked
Add tomatoes and a can of water
Simmer 60-120 minutes
Add bouillon cube near the end of cook time
Add herbs, salt and pepper, or splash of wine to taste (not included in nutritional info)
Serve over pasta
