Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5" dia)
Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Onions, raw, 1 large
juniper berries, 2 Tablespoons
Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Caraway Seed, 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Remove from heat and puree using hand blender. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: Makes 10 1.5 cups serving
