Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5" dia)
Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Onions, raw, 1 large
juniper berries, 2 Tablespoons
Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Caraway Seed, 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Directions
Chop cabbage and onion and saute in large soup pot until very soft. Add juniper berries, canned tomatoes, Caraway seed, and cook 10 minutes more. Add chicken broth; cook 10 more mins.
Remove from heat and puree using hand blender. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: Makes 10 1.5 cups serving
