Ingredients

    1/2 cup smart balance mayo
    1 tbsp 1% milk
    1-1/2 - 2 tbsp cider vinegar (to taste)
    2 tbsp splenda
    1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt (to sensitivity)
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp celery seed
    1 bag of pre-shredded Angel Hair Cole Slaw Cabbage mix.

Tips

- Nutritional Info -
I used 2 Tbsp of vinegar and 1/4 tsp of salt when calculating


Directions

Mix all ingredients except cabbage together and whisk. Pour over cabbage until well mixed in. Store in fridge until it's time to serve - Usually around 2 hours to let the flavors settle and sink in.
