    Ingredients:

    .5 Red Onion, sliced thinly
    .5 Red Pepper, sliced
    .5 Yellow Pepper, sliced
    .5 Orange Pepper, sliced
    .5 Cup Mushrooms sliced
    2 cups Broccoli florets
    2 cups shredded carrots
    1 T Canola Oil

Directions

Slice vegetables, add oil to large skillet or wok and heat on medium high heat. Stir fry vegetables until tender crisp. Mix vegetables with chicken, rice and teriaki sauce.
