Ingredients

    1 2/3 cups elbow macaroni
    3 tbsp flour
    1/8 tsp garlic salt
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    3 tbsp margarine
    2 1/2 cups milk
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain.

Melt butter is saucepan on medium heat. Add salt, pepper & flour. Stir until smooth. Slowly add milk, cooking over medium high heat and stirring until it is smooth & thickened.

Gradually add grated cheese & stir until smooth. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni & still until well blended. Serve hot.
