Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients

    Blend
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 can eagle brand condensed milk
    2 eggs
    2 cups Pumpkin canned (libby's)

    Add
    1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    .5 cup Quinoa Flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup walnuts slightly roasted


Tips

I like trying new flours, as long as it equals 2 cups in this recipe.
I mostly like to use honey or Xylitol as a sweetner, and I experiment with that. This recipe I used the Sweetened condensed milk because I love that stuff. It was 'Ok" in this recipe, more would have been better, but I was using it up from something else, maybe a whole can would taste better, but you know...
