just love it. just love it.

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 0.5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    Grapes, 4 grape, seedless (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Almonds, 0.125 cup, sliced (remove)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 15 grams (remove)

Tips

you can use any nuts instead of almonds, walnuts are good choice for this salad.


Directions

- core and slice half an apple. cut grapes in halves.
- toast almond flakes.
- mix all with lettuce.
- for the sauce just mix yogurt with light mayo.
