V8 Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    1 large bottle V8
    3 cups chicken broth
    1 pkg frozen broccoli
    1 pkg frozen cauliflower
    1 large zucchini
    1 large summer squash

Tips

Change it around to include your favorite veggies, add spices, pepper sauce. Leave out the broth. Don't like v8, use tomato juice. Add any kind of beans to make it a meal. Sometimes I add other veggies as I reheat a bowl. My mom liked it cold. This is my go to for snacks, sides, and meals.
