Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) - 1lb - SHREDDED
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp MELTED
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) MINCED
    GV Sharp - Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup - 4 ounces
    Great Value 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese - 1 tbsp = 1 serving, 4 serving - 2 ounces
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 0.33 cup,
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp - COLD

Tips

Can be frozen.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350f.
Grease or lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish - you can use a smaller pan if you want a thicker slice with less servings.

Mix the cauliflower, melted butter, onion and cheese in a large bowl.
Season with the salt a pepper. Mix in the cream and put mixture into the prepared baking pan. Dot the top with the last 2 tbsp of cold butter.
Bake at 350f for 40 - 50 minutes until crusty and brown.
