Ingredients

    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 cups chopped onion
    4 cups chopped cabbage
    1 can green beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup frozen spinach
    6 cups beef broth

Directions
