Garlic chicken with italian and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast no skin no bone
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

place chicken, garlic, seasoning, and vinegar in foil. Make into a pouch and heat in 400 degree oven. Take out and serve. splint in half to cut the calories and make two meals.
