Quick Cheese Biscuits

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Cup All Purpose Flour
    1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    4oz Cheddar Cheese
    2 TBSPs Butter
    2/3 Cup non-fat Milk

Directions

1. Put all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
2. Add cheese, butter & milk. Mix well.
3. Place 8 equal sized portions on a pre-greased baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 2 to 3 inch biscuits
