Ingredients

    5 large eggs
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups flour

Tips

Reheat by frying in butter in fry pan. Delish!!


Directions

Bring 4 quarts water to rolling boil. Combine all ingredients with wooden spoon. Spoon into spatzle press. Press into boiling water and let cook for 1-2 minutes. Scoop out noodles into bowl and repeat until all dough is cooked.

Serving Size: makes approx 8 1/2-cup servings
