Introduction

Easy, no yeast recipe. Easy, no yeast recipe.

Ingredients

    Dough:
    flour
    salt
    baking powder
    milk
    garlic powder

    Toppings:
    mushrooms
    onions
    spaghetti sauce
    mozz. cheese

Tips

*I press out the dough with my hands onto the pan- keep hand coated in flour or corn meal
*add any toppings you like- I recommend carmelized onions and mushroom. Spinach is also good.
*Pour half the milk and then stir. Add the rest little by little, to avoid a sticky dough
*fresh mozz. or goat cheese is great
* a homemade alfredo sauce in wonderful instead of red sauce, however higher in calories.


Directions

First:
Mix together dough ingredients, except milk, and stir lightly. Pour half the milk and then stir. Add the rest little by little, to avoid a sticky dough. I like to add corn meal if dough is too sticky and it adds a nice texture to it. Roll out the dough on a 12 inch pizza pan and put in oven @400 for 5 - 7 minutes. In the meantime, chop your mushrooms, onions, shred the cheese (or whatever toppings you choose). Take out dough from and then add sauce, then cheese, then toppings. Put back in oven about 10- 15 minutes, or to your liking.

Serving Size: 1/4 of a 12 inch pizza
