Ingredients

    Coconut Oil, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Coconut, raw, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)
    *Flour, white, 0.66 cup (remove)
    Apple juice, unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 30 balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for preheated oven (350) for 28 minutes.
