Shepherd's Pie

Introduction

Uses leftover beef & mashed potatoes, add more veggies if you like. Uses leftover beef & mashed potatoes, add more veggies if you like.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups roast beef, leftover, chopped
    1 onion, large, chopped
    1/2 cup carrots, chopped or sliced (can use other veggies like leftover peas, green beans, etc.)
    2 cups leftover mashed potatoes (or fresh - make plain)
    1/2 cup beef bouillon
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Optional: garlic powder or chopped to taste

Directions

Chop left over roast beef. Saute onion and carrot in nonstick pan until tender, season with salt & pepper; optional garlic powder. Stir in roast beef, beef bouillon, worcestershire sauce. Place in casserole. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 mins until browned and bubbly.
