2 tablespoons of Italian Dressing
2 cups fresh asparagus
2 cups of green beans
2 cups fresh bell pepper
1 small onion
1/2 cup pinto beans
2 Tablespoons of sour cream
1/2 cup spaghetti (pre-cooked) or leftover pasta
1/2 cup crushed tomato
Fresh asparagus, green beans, onion and red bell peppers, cut into bit sized peices, let sit for about 1 hour. Drain
In a spyared non stick pan, add the ingredients until tender (20) mins.
When serving place pinto beans on the side top with sour cream.
use left-over pasta and crushed tomato, serve as side dish.
