I Leek, chopped
2 Medium Carrots, chopped
3 oz Baby Portabella Mushrooms
2 Stalks Celery
6 Medium Russet Potatos, cubed
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
8 Cups Chicken Broth
3 Links Chicken/Port Italian Sausage, browned
1 Cup Vitamin D Milk
Optionally top with eighth cup shredded cheddar.
Chop all vegetables and saute in pan until soft
Bring 8 Cups Chicken Broth To A Boil
Put Veggies into Chicken Broth and Boil 20 Minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Blend together with immersion blender
Add Sausage and cook for another 5 minutes on low
Serving Size: Makes 12 1 Cup Servings
