Honey Dijon Flounder

Submitted by: GRACIE17

Introduction

This is simple to make, but it has a slaved-in-the-kitchen taste. It's also a great cholesterol buster, with no added fats and the health benefits of adding more fish to your diet! This was really tasty! I "did" line the pan with foil and use nonstick spray, and it was great. Very easy and quick. - 1/25/08

  • This sounded good but I didn't have good luck with this recipe. I don't know if it was my flounder (Kroger frozen, thawed and drained, 2-2.5 oz ea, thin) or what. I don't think I like the combination of honey and fish. - 7/25/10
