Whole Wheat honey raisin, date & pecan muffins

Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    3.5 cups of whole wheat flour
    1/2 c honey
    4 tsps baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c milk
    2/3 c canola oil
    1 c dates, chopped
    2/3 c pecans

Tips

Next time I think I will try to sub yogurt for the oil,... or applesauce. These were delicious, hearty & moist. My whole wheat is freshly ground, but I didn't know how to specify that. Enjoy


Directions

mix all ingredients, spray muffin pans. Bake about 15 mins, or until test done.
