Corn Chowder

Introduction

Wonderful when the cool weather comes ...... Wonderful when the cool weather comes ......
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    water

    2 cans cream style corn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    2 cups diced ham

    salt and pepper to taste

    secret yumminess - handful of provel cheese (any type can be substituted)

    another idea - 1 can of chopped chili (not jalapeno) peppers - gives a kick


Directions

Chop potatoes and onion into small pieces, cover with water and cook until tender (about 15 minutes).

When potatoes are tender, add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 more minutes.

Serve.

I wrote this recipe down from a website a while back, but can't find it again. I've adapted it a bit, but again it was not my original idea. I take no credit for it.
