Ingredients

    Lentils
    Curry powder
    Cumin
    Turmeric
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can coconut milk
    5 cloves garlic
    2 onions

Directions

chop garlic and onions and add to pot with spices and lentils. Cover with water. Let cook 30 minutes then puree with hand mixer
