Ingredients

    2 medium zucchini, chopped
    1/2 onion finely chopped
    6 eggs whipped
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 Tbs Hormel bacon bits

Directions

mix ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 350 in greased muffin tins for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes six muffin sized frittatas
