Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)(remove)
    *Green Beans French style, 2 cup(remove)
    *Raw Carrotts, 2.5 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)
    *Zuccini - medium, 4 serving(remove)
    Tomato Paste, .03 cup(remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 6 cup(remove)
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Salt, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp(remove)

Directions

chop up all vegis, include all ingredients to crop pot. Let cook on low 6-8 hours. Very low calorie and good!
