Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    3 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    1 can (16-oz size) pineapple chuncks, drained
    2 cups uncooked white rice

Directions

Combine all ingredients except rice in the crockpot.
Cook low 7-8 hours, or high 4-5.
Cook rice according to directions.
Serve sauce with chicken over rice.

(Do not put rice in)
