Introduction

Mixture of potato, squash, and carrot cooked in stock. Mixture of potato, squash, and carrot cooked in stock.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 med yukon golds
    1 cup butternut squash
    1 cup hubbard or other squash
    1 med carrot

Directions

Mix veggies, add stock, any seasonings you like.
Set on low and cover. Mash when soft
