Number of Servings: 4



    Chicken Breast, no skin, 14 ounces(remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 3 tbsp(remove)
    Olive Oil, 0.50 cup(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.50 cup, pieces or slices(remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped(remove)


Use 1/2 olive oil in grill plan and heat until oil sizzles. Brown breast cutlets on both sides until no longer pink in the middle. Remove cutlets when done and pour in remaining olive oil. Brown mushrooms & onions in oil for about 3 minutes. Top chicken with grilled vegetables.

Serving Size: 4 servings ( 1 breast per serving)
