Ingredients

    1 -7 " Daikon Radish, Grated
    1 C. White or Cider Vinegar
    1/2 C. Sugar (or 1/4 C. Splenda)
    1Tbl. Celery Seeds
    2 Tbl. Low sodium Soy Sauce

Directions

peel, grate the radish. Mix other ingredients, well and add radish. Chill. Flavors will blend if left to sit before serving.

Serving Size: makes 8 -1/2-cup servings
